Neglect...

I must apologize for neglecting this blog...I just kind of forgot I was supposed to update on here semi frequently.

So since I last was on here I have finished coloring all the frames that I have so far drawn out, and Dreaming of Wonderland is coming along quite well!  I now have to animate one last scene and add the color (Thanks to Crayola's 12 pack of color pencils!)....then I am finished, kinda.

As soon as all has been drawn and colored, I need to scan all of the frames into my computer and clean them up/ put the layers together in photoshop.  Then I am basically done, and all that will be left is for me to render everything in ToonBoom!

So close, yet so far...and only a month left for it.  I know I'll get it done though.  And soonish hopefully, so I can devote my Dreaming of Wonderland time to the idea I had for a claymation!

In non-animation news, I have a piece in the school's Foundation's Gallery, which shows work from intro art classes.

New Location

I am so happy that we moved our animation class room!  We now have a spectacular view of downtown Milwaukee and the surrounding neighborhoods.

I spent the entire day there yesterday, helping get things set up (kinda) and just working on my animation.  So far I have cleaned up everything before the title, and have finished another sequence!  Its getting oh so exciting!  I should have some more updates with pictures soonish.

A New Beginning

This blog has gone through stages...first I just typed random whiny entries.  Then I made it for actual writing, but that failed...
I went back to random entries, and they were still whiny, but less so than before!  And finally, I started to ignore the fact that I had a blog way more than I did before.

The metaphorical Phoenix is rising from the ashes, and I am kickstarting this blog.  I am going to be using it as a means to update about my animations, and other arts things.  I suppose you could just say that I am using this as a surrogate for a web site...since I have no idea on how to put a site together.  (Eventually maybe...)
